- BOM or functional requirement, delivery location(s), required dates, warranty expectation, and evaluation criteria (technical compliance vs price-only).
- Should an RFQ demand OEM authorization?
- Only if the project contract truly requires it and the buyer can verify that status independently. Otherwise ask for catalog compatibility evidence and acceptance testing instead of unverifiable partner labels.
- How should GCC multi-site delivery be specified?
- List each site, Incoterms/responsibility split, staging needs, and whether partial shipments are acceptable.
