Accept a room/hall only after power, cooling, structured cabling, safety, and documentation pass a written checklist. For Oman/GCC sites, include ambient heat assumptions, generator/UPS behavior, and dust control during handover. Do not declare “Tier” status unless an independent assessment in the contract says so.
